Apple has recently announced the shipping dates for the iPads. The pre-orders will begin soon — 12 March and the WiFi-only models are expected to hit the shelves on April 3rd. Will there be a mad rush like usual? Well, since this is Apple and it is one of their major products — my guess would be yes. What about the 3G model and what about the rest of the world though?

Display problems on the new 27″ iMacs have been plaguing Apple ever since the first wave of orders were shipped. Some of the displays turn a yellowish tint, some of the them flicker and some apparently are plagued by both. Apple did ship a software update that was supposed to fix the problem but it did not fix the problems for everybody, especially the yellow tint that is possibly a manufacturing defect. Now Apple has another update out that has cured the problem for most people except a handful of people who are still complaining. And if certain news sources are to be believed, help is not coming any time soon.
