If you have been keeping an eye on the news, you will see that the netbook world is currently full of mainly two things – Android and Chrome OS. Google has officially taken over the high portability, low performance segment and made it into a stripped down wonderland of speedy booting goodness. That is of course the Chrome OS. The Android just makes for a great experience as a whole on something that is too small ‘full’ OS’ but large enough to be out of sync with smartphones.

Apple Round Up: iPhone, Steve Jobs and The Tablet, Again

Another week gone by and Apple has been in the news as usual. If you thought you were going to make a full week without tablet rumors, you have already been proven wrong. Also, this week both the iPhone and its creator Steve Jobs have proven that people really like them by being voted to the top of two important lists. In the mean time, we have a new iPhone OS upgrade and a newly upgraded MobileMe, Apple’s cloud service.

Apple also made the news for sucking out more or less all the flash chips out of the market. Read all about it on the other side.
