Computer geeks love t-shirts. It is something that is not really explainable other than that t-shirts are comfortable to wear. Normal people like normal t-shirts but computer geeks want something special. They are in this regard much like music fans who wear t-shirts of their favorite bands. The Internet has made it much easier to shop for these kind of t-shirts. The following is a top list of five places where geeks can buy incredible t-shirts for little money. You may have heard about some of these online stores but chance is that you have not heard about them all.

If you have not heard about any of them you might want to consider stopping calling yourself geek.
1. Shirt Woot

Probably the most known of all the geeky t-shirt stores on the Internet. Woot began as a retailer for gadgets and goods on the Internet. Their concept was to sell one product a day and they have brought that concept to shirt woot as well. Users can buy one shirt a day for the price of $10. If they live outside of the United States they have to add another $5 for shipping costs. Old t-shirts are only available a limited time. The top 20 shirts based on sales are available as well as the shirts of the week. These shirts cost $15 instead of $10 which means that it is always a good idea to buy the t-shirt on the first day.
What makes shirt woot interesting is the fact that they hold design contests and let the users vote on the shirts. The top shirts will be printed and sold on the website while the rest will not. The site has a special feeling to it with geeky comments and reviews of the t-shirts all over the place.
The quality of the t-shirts is excellent and you can be pretty sure that it is unlikely that you will run into another person wearing the same shirt, unless you attend a local hackers or gamers convention that is. Shirts are usually available for men, women and (sometimes) kids.
2. Teefury

Teefury is another one t-shirt per day online shop. T-shirts are sold for one day in the store after which they are gone forever. The shirts cost only $9 and have a nice feel to them. The motives are a tad different from those offered at Shirt Woot though. Most designs are huge and fill out most of the t-shirt front easily.
International shipping costs are a tad higher both for domestic and international customers. Customers from the United States pay $2 for the cheapest shipping method while international customers do pay about $8 depending on their location in the world.
3. Ript Apparel

Another one t-shirt a day store which uses independent designers for their t-shirt designs. T-shirts are moved to the graveyard after 24 hours from where they cannot be purchased anymore. The shop is only offering men sizes at the moment and sells the shirts at $10 a piece. Shipping costs are quite high for international users. The lowest shipping cost for US customers is $2.50 with USPS first class. International customers pay at least $7.48 for USPS First Class International.
4. Teextile

Teextile sells one new shirt per day and provides the option to buy the t-shirts that has been introduced in the same week as well. T-shirts are sold for $12 (current day) or $15 (previous days). The website is changed every day to reflect the design of the current t-shirt. It comes with the same community features that allow customers to vote on t-shirt designs and leave comments. Men and women shirts are offered every day at Teextile.
The shipping costs are a moderate $2 for US customers and about $10 for international customers.
5. Uneetee

The only store in the list that sells more than one t-shirt per day. Customers can access the catalog which provides access to hundreds of t-shirts. The shirts seem to be in stock already and it can happen that certain sizes are sold out. T-shirts are usually available for men and women.
